What to include in your message
To get an accurate quote quickly, tell us the type of shoot, your date and venue, the hours of coverage you need, and how you’ll use the final photos or film. Because the more detail you share, the faster we can respond with a tailored plan. For example, browse our Services page to see what’s included in each craft, then mention which ones fit your project.
Where we shoot
We’re based in Kelowna, BC, and we shoot weddings, events and commercial projects across the Okanagan Valley — including West Kelowna, Peachland, Lake Country, Vernon and Penticton. However, we also travel for destination weddings and out-of-town productions. As a result, wherever your story takes us, we bring the same cinematic standard. Because
we plan thoroughly, there are no surprises on the day.
Common questions — How far in advance should I book? For weddings, earlier is better — however, we often accommodate shorter timelines when dates are open. Do you offer both photo and video? Yes — as a photography & videography team, we cover both, so you deal with one team from start to finish. Can we see full galleries? Absolutely — visit Our Work to browse recent weddings, events and commercial projects. What happens after we inquire? You’ll receive a clear quote and timeline, and from there we plan every detail together. For example, you can learn more about our approach on the About page.
